Syncronys International announces that they have terminated the Letter of Intent to acquire Zillacomm, Inc.

MANDEVILLE, La., Sept.  20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Syncronys International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNTL) announces that they have terminated the Letter of Intent to acquire Zillacomm, Inc., a company that is in the business of designing and building wireless networks for major wireless companies. 

Syncronys and Zillacomm will continue to pursue joint ventures and other business opportunities. According to Rex Gay , Syncronys CEO, "Zillacomm's work with commercial carrier wireless networks and energy utilization, plus their developing interest in renewable energy applications and Smart Grid systems is exciting.  We hope to share in the development of renewable energy related projects in the near future."
