MANDEVILLE, La., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Syncronys International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNTL) is pleased to announce that they have begun taking the necessary steps to be a fully reporting company with the SEC, and subsequently up-list to the OTCBB.
