High Customer Demand Could Lead to Permanent Brisket Menu Offerings
SAN ANTONIO, April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Taco Cabana® has put its own twist on traditional Texas BBQ and brought a fan favorite back to the menu, re-introducing a line of hickory-smoked brisket tacos.
Visit your favorite Taco Cabana today and enjoy brisket menu items including breakfast brisket and egg tacos, plates featuring two brisket tacos, rice, beans and two freshly made flour tortillas; or a two brisket taco combo meal with chips, queso or guacamole and a 20-oz drink.

Taco Cabana seasons their brisket with salt, pepper and garlic before smoking it for several hours using hickory wood flavors. The brisket is then crisped on the flat grill before being served in a fresh flour tortilla.
