Benner has 25 years of experience and has previously worked for rapidly growing companies in data storage, industrial products and healthcare information technology. Benner began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. During his tenure at NexGen Storage, Benner managed a $119 million sale to Fusion-io, which delivered a 10X return on invested capital. He has spent over 10 years as CFO in venture-backed and mid-market private companies, as well as division CFO at a Fortune 50 company.
