Tapjoy Hires Jim Jones as Vice President and General Manager of Sales
Former Yahoo! Vice President to help accelerate Tapjoy's mobile advertising business

(www.tapjoy.com), a leading independent mobile advertising network, announced today the addition of Jim Jones as Vice President and General Manager of Sales. Jones joins other recent hires including Chief Marketing Officer Peter Dille, Chief Financial Officer Al Wood, and Vice President and General Manager, Asia-Pacific, Larry Berkin.
With more than 20 years of sales and business development experience in the media, technology and mobile arenas, Jones brings to Tapjoy strong connections within the advertising and agency world and an exceptional reputation for driving strategic, high-value partnerships. Jones will be responsible for running advertising and ad operations for Tapjoy, enabling brands to leverage Tapjoy's innovative mobile advertising solutions to reach their target audience and create meaningful mobile experiences.

Jones joins Tapjoy having served most recently as America's Regional Vice President at Yahoo!, where he was responsible for managing and growing revenue with the Top 100 Global Ad Age accounts. Jones developed and initiated the global representation model for Yahoo! and helped scale the business unit's revenue from $200 Million to $350 Million.

He also served as the Southwest Region Sales Director for Ziff-Davis Publishing, where he was responsible for top tier accounts such as Toshiba, Gateway, Intuit and other leading technology brands.
