In addition to Mr. Giraud's duties with TTII, he has served in several leadership roles with the Synthetic Turf Council (STC), www.syntheticturfcouncil.org, the national non-profit trade association and voice of the synthetic turf industry.  Mr. Giraud has served on the STC's Board of Directors for almost 6 years, including 2 years as Chairman.  Currently he has assumed the additional role of Chairman of the Membership Committee and has launched the national campaign, IT STARTS WITH YOU, in an effort to grow the STC's membership.

Mr. Giraud explains: "A highly respected and effective organization like the STC provides unique opportunities to its members to grow their businesses, develop professionally, and take a leadership role in the STC's many activities that have increased the acceptance and demand for synthetic turf, and differentiated its member companies in the marketplace.  Through its leadership, the Synthetic Turf Council has had a big impact on Target Technologies, the industry, and me – I want this campaign to be a success so I can be assured that the STC will continue to be a positive influence on this fast-growing industry for many years to come."
