As CISO, Leary will have responsibility for the leadership, management and oversight of TASC's information security services in order to deliver a full range of IT security and resiliency capabilities across the enterprise. In this new position, Leary will also provide expertise and support in the cybersecurity market.
Leary joins TASC from Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he served most recently as Director and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer. Leary retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years in military intelligence. He earned an MBA from George Mason University, as well as several undergraduate and graduate degrees in technology management. Leary has been board-certified as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT, in addition to earning certification of his IT security skills from several U.S. government agencies.
