CHANTILLY, Va., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) has awarded TASC, Inc. a $3.9 million contract to provide cost-estimating services to the Development Planning Directorate (XR). The two-year contract has a one-year base and two six-month options.

TASC will provide cost-estimating and earned-value activities for space-related research and development programs at SMC. Experts from two partner companies – MRC, LLC of McLean, VA, and Wyle of El Segundo, CA – will round out the TASC team.
