CHICAGO, Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: TAYC) the parent company of Cole Taylor Bank (the "Bank"), today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.47222 per share on its Series A perpetual non-cumulative preferred stock (NASDAQ: TAYCO). The dividend is payable on February 15, 2013 to stockholders of record on January 31, 2013, and covers the initial dividend period for the preferred stock from November 20, 2012, its original issuance date, through February 14, 2013.
