NEW YORK, March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TBWA announced today that Lauren Niemcewicz has been promoted to Managing Director of Engage, the Chicago-based global performance marketing agency within the TBWA Worldwide network. Niemcewicz succeeds Executive Director Jonathan Ashton, who is leaving the company at the end of March to pursue other interests.
Engage specializes in SEO, SEM and data analytics for Konica-Minolta and a major global sports retailer. As part of the TBWA network, Engage has also worked with global network clients GoDaddy, McDonald's and Michelin. In her role as Managing Director, Niemcewicz will report to TBWA\Chiat\Day New York CEO Rob Schwartz, who oversees the business.

Niemcewicz was previously Senior Account Manager and leading Client Service and Relations for Engage, where she was responsible for growth and digital strategic vision for a key global sports retail client. Prior to joining Engage, she was Media Director (SEO and SEM) at Perfomics in the US and Canadian offices, where she managed multi-channel digital brand strategies for clients including Kohls, Home Depot, Kia and Microsoft.
