LOS ANGELES, Aug. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TBWA\Chiat\Day has appointed Peter Ravailhe to Managing Director of the agency's Gatorade account, reporting directly to TBWA\Chiat\Day LA's President, Carisa Bianchi.
Over the course of Peter's career, he has developed and executed highly successful, award winning strategies & innovative business models for global brands such as adidas, Virgin, The Coca Cola Company, Under Armor, Americas Cup, NZRU and is credited with starting to commercialize & modernize University sport in the UK with Loughborough University.

In his role at TBWA\SPORTS\LAB, set up to support the sporting investment from global brands into Brazil, Peter was responsible for developing and managing clients' day to day sporting business for adidas, Gatorade, Nissan and Banco do Brasil. This has included the largest and most successful campaign for adidas in Brazil: "Vamos Com Tudo!" He has also led the teams working to develop innovation strategies and evolve each of the brands major marketing platforms for the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016. TBWA\SPORTS\LAB and its offering will continue to evolve under Peter's leadership from LA.
Prior to TBWA\SPORTS\LAB, Peter partnered with investors developing his entrepreneurial skills, to successfully build a sports innovation consultancy – VT-3 - in the UK. VT-3 offered a fully integrated approach to clients including Under Armour, The Coca-Cola Company, NZRU, Loughborough University and Monaco's Principality with powerful and innovative solutions for generating growth, new lines of revenue and engaging consumers through the creation of new services, products, brands and the commercialization of sporting assets.
Peter has also held several senior management positions for adidas, leading the brand's global sports marketing strategy and development, ROI of Sports Marketing, as well as asset integration into brand marketing. Peter's other roles with adidas were in France leading World Cup & team sports brand marketing locally.
