TE Connectivity Announces Fiscal 2013 Fourth Quarter Dividend Record and Payment Dates

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Aug. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL) today announced the $0.25 per share quarterly dividend for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2013 will be payable on September 13, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013. The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting held on March 6, 2013.
