We have a synergy in our efforts and it only makes sense to join together in our efforts," says Antoine Eusebe, founder of the AJE Foundation.
"On behalf of Team Haiti and the ABA, we are happy to come to Jacksonville to play the Giants as well as to assist the AJE Foundation to raise funds and toys for the people of Haiti," says Harold Whaley, Founder/Manager/Coach of Team Haiti.
"We look forward to welcoming Team Haiti to the city of Jacksonville as well as to have the opportunity to play the team for such a terrific cause," says Kevin Waters and Ron Sholes of the Jacksonville Giants. Sholes also stated that, "The Giant's Organization and the City of Jacksonville welcome the opportunity to participate in such a worthy cause."
The AJE Foundation is the realization of its founder, Antoine Eusebe, and his childhood dream of challenging the vicious cycle of poverty and lack of access to basic resources in the daily lives of the children of Haiti. In 2006, Antoine established AJE providing housing to about 40 children in Fonds-des-Negres and 14 in Port-au-Prince. AJE looks forward to transporting the toys donated to the children of Haiti for the Christmas holidays. To Donate a toy, please visit http://www.ajefoundation.org/Donate.html.
