TechPrecision Corporation Receives Additional $1.5 Million Order for Renewable Energy Equipment

CENTER VALLEY, Pa., April 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TechPrecision Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TPCS) ("TechPrecision", or "the Company"), an industry leading manufacturer of precision, large-scale fabricated and machined metal components and systems with customers in the alternative energy, cleantech, medical, nuclear, defense, aerospace and other commercial industries, today announced that it has received an order with a value of approximately $1.5 million from an existing customer for advanced vacuum chambers used in the renewable energy market. These components will be manufactured by TechPrecision's U.S. based subsidiary, Ranor, Inc., and its China-based subsidiary, Wuxi Critical Mechanical Components Co., Ltd. The order is expected to ship by the end of second quarter of calendar 2011.
