HERZLIYA, Israel, February 23, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Teledata Networks, a leading global provider of innovative Multiservice Access solutions for Next Generation Networks (NGN), has today announced that it has expanded its activity to the Chinese market, by entering into an OEM agreement with Dalian Huanyu Sunshine Group Co., Ltd, a leading Chinese telecommunication equipment vendor. The partnership has already yielded a first project of $20M for the delivery of multiservice access systems to a major Chinese Telecom Operator.

Within the framework of this OEM agreement Huanyu Sunshine will integrate Teledata Networks' multiservice platforms into its portfolio, enabling the company to offer a comprehensive NGN migration solution to the Chinese Telecommunication Operators.

The first awarded project includes the delivery of hundreds of BroadAccess systems which will be deployed in multiple cities in China to provide a range of Telephony and broadband services over NGN network.

As part of the award Teledata Networks will supply its new and most advanced MSAG platform, BroadAccess-1000E. The platform offers an ideal solution for the Chinese market's growing demand for advanced services, through the implementation of high-speed Ethernet design, advanced VoIP and IP capabilities, and the support of a wide range of voice and broadband services. By incorporating the multi-functionalities of an MSAG and IP-DSLAM, BroadAccess-1000E enables the efficient delivery of a complete set of triple-play applications for residential and business customers.
