Tempe Festival Of The Arts And AT&T Collaborate To Create First App For Spring Festival Mobile Web App Will Serve as Online Hub for Festival Offerings
TEMPE, Ariz., March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Tempe Festival of the Arts and AT&T* announced the availability of a new mobile web app created to serve as a resource for attendees of the popular local arts event. The mobile interface will act as an informational hub for the nearly 225,000 expected visitors of the 37th Annual Spring Tempe Festival of the Arts on March 28-30.
"Festivals typically rely on websites to promote their events, but they are not always mobile-friendly," said Jerry Fuentes, president of AT&T Arizona and New Mexico. "This web app is sponsored by AT&T and is something that attendees can easily access on their mobile devices to help enhance their festival experience."
Attendees can utilize the app by visiting tempefestivalofthearts.mobi from their mobile web browsers. The easy-to-navigate app features a festival map and information on booths, artists, transportation, food and beverages, entertainment, and more.**
