COCONUT GROVE, Fla., June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pedro Martin and David Martin, founders and owners of leading Miami real estate development company Terra Group, celebrated the groundbreaking of Grove at Grand Bay with a ceremony and private reception on Wednesday, June 5.
