THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TETRA Technologies, Inc. (TETRA or the Company) (NYSE: TTI) today announced that its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 8, 2012, at its Corporate Headquarters at 24955 Interstate 45 North, in The Woodlands, Texas, at 11:00 am local time. The record date for the meeting will be March 12, 2012.
TETRA is a geographically diversified oil and gas services company focused on completion fluids and other products, production testing, wellhead compression, and selected offshore services including well plugging and abandonment, decommissioning, and diving.
