Texas-Based Electric Provider Awards More Than $52,000 to Help Nonprofits Increase Energy Efficiency
IRVING, Texas, June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- First Choice Power is awarding 26 Texas nonprofits Reduce Your Use Grants™. The grants, valued as much as $2,000 each, are awarded to local organizations that display a need and desire to save money on their electricity bill by using eco-friendly and energy-efficient products. The grants will be used to fund purchasing products ranging from light bulbs to appliances and windows.
"These grants enable nonprofits around Texas to decrease their energy use, allowing them to dedicate their time and resources toward the long-term vision of achieving their missions," said Brian Hayduk, president of First Choice Power.

- Brazoria County Historical Museum, Inc. – Angleton, Texas
