(OTC Pink: TEXCD)(the "Company" or "TexCom"), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, today announced that the one-for-ten (1 for 10) reverse stock split approved by the shareholders at the 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on July 25, 2014 is now effective. The shares will trade for the next twenty business days under the temporary symbol – TEXCD. On September 12, 2014, the trading symbol will return to TEXC.
