REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise software user review site G2 Crowd today released updated rankings of 15 marketing automation systems based on more than 800 user reviews. The Grid(SM), G2 Crowd's software recommendation engine, factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.
HubSpot earned the highest customer satisfaction score and a high market presence and was named a Leader along with Act-On, Marketo, Pardot, and Oracle Eloqua. High Performers – which also received high customer satisfaction scores but have smaller market presence – include CallidusCloud Marketing Automation (formerly LeadFormix), Net-Results, ONTRAPORT, and SalesFUSION. Adobe Campaign (formerly Neolane) joined the Grid(SM) for the first time by receiving 16 valid customer reviews.
Satisfaction rankings are generated from user reviews consisting of up to 71 questions, including ratings of features and functionality such as email marketing, online marketing, and lead management. Market presence is calculated from vendor size, market share, and social impact. Based on a combination of these scores, each product is named a Leader, High Performer, Contender, or Niche.
