The New York office will be led by Brattle principals Dr. Andrew Abere and Mr. Paul Hinton, alongside a team that includes several Associates and Analysts and a broad network of academic experts. The office will focus initially on matters relating to finance and securities litigation, antitrust and competition, and commercial damages and valuation.

Mr. Hinton joined Brattle's recently expanded securities litigation team in May. He has over 15 years of experience in economic consulting in a wide range of advisory and testifying engagements in connection with securities and finance litigation, commercial and contract disputes, bankruptcy, and product liability.
