RICHMOND, Va., May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on May 19, 2010.
