DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism (MITUR) and the 2013 NBA Championship team, the Miami HEAT, are pleased to announce their 2013 / 2014 partnership. To celebrate, MITUR hosted a Dominican night at the Nov. 9 game against the Boston Celtics with in-stadium signage, a co-branded item giveaway and a trip for two to relish in a luxurious getaway to Dominican Republic.

HEAT fans had the opportunity to win a trip for two to the Caribbean hotspot. During the in-game promotion, a lucky attendee received an eight-day / seven-night stay at Barcelo Palace Deluxe in Punta Cana, located on the country's sophisticated East Coast.
