The Company purchased the following properties located throughout the United States and valued at $485 Million:
- Forty-seven pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health for approximately $250 Million
- Twenty pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health for approximately $110 Million
- Thirty-seven pharmacy / retail stores leased to Walgreens for approximately $125 Million
The Company sold the following properties totaling $370 Million:
- A Federal Express freight facility located in Kettleman City, CA for approximately $25 Million
- Eleven pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health and located throughout the United States for approximately $50 Million
- Twelve auto parts stores leased to Genuine Parts Company and located throughout the United States for approximately $20 Million
- Twenty-seven distribution centers leased to Flowers Foods and located throughout the United States for approximately $50 Million
- Twenty-five pharmacy / retail stores leased to CVS Health and located throughout the United States for approximately $115 Million
- Four office / research facilities leased to AT&T and located in Middletown, NJ for approximately $110 Million
