The Holmes Report Nominates Kwittken For Three Innovation + Insights (In2) SABRE Awards

Kwittken Shortlisted for Client Work in Support of Pantone and Windstream, as well as the Firm's Employee Engagement Program

NEW YORK, Jan. 13, 2016­ /PRNewswire/ -- Kwittken, an MDC Partners Inc. (NASDAQ: MDCA, TSX: MDZ.A) agency, has been nominated by The Holmes Report for three Insights (In2) SABRE Awards in recognition of the firm's work on behalf of Pantone, Windstream, and for the launch of its employee engagement, onboarding and retention program, "Day One."

The acknowledgment follows a year of double-digit growth for Kwittken, during which the firm continued to drive results on behalf of its clients through programs that blended best-in-class earned, owned and paid media strategies. The programs executed on behalf of Pantone and Windstream are two highlights of the increasingly integrated client work Kwittken delivered on behalf of its partners in 2015.

Shortly after being named agency of record for Pantone, the world-renowned color authority, Kwittken helped launch 210 new colors that would be added to its Fashion, Home + Interiors Color System – the first addition to the line in over three years. The unveiling, nominated for the Earned Media Award, served as a springboard for Pantone and Kwittken, telling the company's innovation story through high-impact business, technology and innovation media outlets.

Earlier in the year, Kwittken helped Windstream improve the brand's perception and demonstrate the company's appreciation for local culture and tradition within the rural communities it serves. Nominated for this year's Brand Content and Creativity Award, the program, dubbed "Locally Crafted," tapped into the stories of heritage, tradition and craftsmanship that tie together these communities.

"Day One," Kwittken's yearlong employee onboarding and engagement program designed to educate new employees on agency processes while enhancing productivity, has been nominated for the Innovation Excellence Award recognizing the most innovative agency initiative. Launched in 2015, the program is led by Kwittken's Director of People + Culture, Melissa Ferrara, who joined Kwittken in the same year to support the agency's employee growth and culture initiatives. 

Winners will be unveiled at the The Holmes Report's Innovation Summit awards dinner, taking place at the Park Central San Francisco on the evening of February 16, 2016.
