(NYSE: GRR), (collectively the "Funds"), jointly announced today that they will discontinue the practice of accepting all shares tendered by stockholders who own, beneficially or of record, an aggregate of not more than 99 shares before prorating shares tendered by others.

The Funds are "interval funds" that conduct semi-annual repurchase offers at net asset value (less a 2% repurchase fee) to all Fund stockholders.
