SHANGHAI, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Invest in America Summit and Exhibition is the largest annual American investment conference and trade show in China. It focuses exclusively on the U.S. EB-5 investment program. Launched in 2011, the Summit has continually grown both in attendance and prominence over the past five years.

The Premiere American Immigration Investment Exhibition in China

The goal of the Summit has always been to provide attendees with the most current information about the mechanics of the U.S. EB-5 immigration investment program. It also provides the chance for prospective investors to learn about specific high-end investment opportunities and meet with the developers in person. All of this is done at one convenient location without the need for attendees to incur the cost or hassle of international travel.

The Invest in America 2015 Summit

The Invest in America 2015 Summit set a new record with over 20,000 people attending. For the first time the Summit was staged in multiple locations including Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai. It featured information on over 100 major investment programs. Attendees came from across China and included representatives from major law firms, CPA firms, financial institutions, educational consultants, major real estate developers, and leading business executives.

The Best Roundtable Discussions Featuring the Most Respected Professionals

Guest speakers included top American immigration attorneys, economists and university professors who joined together to discuss a wide range of topics, including the latest updates on major U.S. immigration regulations, immigration priority date, proof of funds and other hot topics, offering their opinions, expertise and expectations for the future of the program.

The Leading Platform for Promoting New Investment Programs

In addition to educational lectures, the Summit included an exhibition hall featuring the continual display of information on over 40 of the prestigious investment programs underway at that time. The inclusion of an exhibition area demonstrates our commitment to providing an open platform, where American exhibitors, Chinese migration agencies and Chinese investors can directly mingle and talk.

The Invest in America 2014 Summit

The United States, as a leading global economic power, has always been an attractive place providing solid investment opportunities for international investors. Historically, given its place on the global stage, stable economy, advanced legal system, desirable living conditions and strong social welfare system it offers investors a high level of comfort. With the American real estate market still in recovery mode, in 2014 the U.S. government strongly supported the growth of the EB-5 immigration investment program. The Summit set the stage not only for introducing attractive investment opportunities to Chinese enterprises, it provided a thriving new opportunity for Chinese nationals interested in immigrating or studying in America.

The Invest in America 2013 Summit

The third annual Invest in America Summit featured the participation of over 60 regional centers, more than doubling prior year totals. In addition to the four-day Summit in Shanghai, a special series of events were held in Beijing, Guangzhou, Qingdao, and Suzhou allowing more people to have access to information about the U.S. EB-5 immigration investment program than ever before.

The Invest in America 2012 Summit

The second annual Invest in America Summit featured the participation of over 30 regional centers and tripled the attendance mark from the first year. It quickly secured the Summit's position as the most successful and influential immigration investment platform ever staged in China, with representatives from U.S. law and CPA firms providing expert consultations for attendees.

The Invest in America 2011 Summit

The first summit was held on March 20, 2011 near the Pearl River in Guangzhou, China. A new wave of investment opportunity for Chinese nationals was beckoning. Dominating itself over its competitors, the U.S. EB-5 immigration investment program was quickly becoming a favorite of the Chinese investment community. Sensing this trend, the first summit was staged with the concept of introducing investors to a wide range of U.S. EB-5 investment opportunities that have been fully analyzed, reviewed and verified. The event showcased public utility projects, real estate development projects and medical programs. One such project was funding for the expansion of University Hospital medical facilities in Ohio, a $3 billion investment opportunity with a Credit A investment rating. The project was fully funded in short order and the investors were extremely pleased with their results.

Establishment

The Invest in America Summit Organizing Committee (the "Committee") was founded in 2010. Its members include PBISS, a nonprofit immigration Association, EB-5 migration agencies and leading business executives. The mission of the Committee is to provide a direct platform for Chinese investors, leading experts and American businesses developers to meet face to face and discuss topics of interest that can be beneficial for all.

The Future

Among projects showcased at the Summit, 70% of them are being shown to Chinese investors for the first time. The Summit gives attendees the latest news about the current and projected U.S. investment climate and provides a "sightseeing" tour of the newest and best-regarded American investment opportunities coming to market.

Throughout our history, we have been devoted to providing attendees with the latest updates on the U.S. EB-5 investment program and to provide information about great investment opportunities coming to market. We are grateful to past attendees for their feedback and support and remain steadfastly committed to excellence.
