The Lyoness Child & Family Foundation Mourns Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela
GRAZ, Austria, December 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
The Lyoness Child & Family Foundation expresses its sadness about the death of Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela. "We mourn a great statesman and an impressive personality", says Nina Passegger, Director Child & Family Foundation. Supported by the Nobel Peace Prize winner and his family the Foundation started a school project in summer 2012. It rebuilt the dilapidated original school building. The "Nelson Mandela No-Moscow Primary School" was opened in the middle of March this year. "With the newly constructed school we were able to make a long-desired dream of Nelson Mandela come true", Passegger further emphasizes. "He grew up in Qunu and had always wished for the children of his home village to receive good education."
