They are now in search of one lucky person to hit the road as the new "Nabisco Tour 1D VIP Correspondent," bringing tour moments to life throughout the summer.
Kicking off this search today, OREO, RITZ and TRIDENT are asking people to tell them the "One Thing" that makes them perfect to capture the tour excitement. The lucky winner will capture photos, videos and stories from multiple tour stops and share their one-of-a-kind experience with fans across various online channels, including the newly launched site 1DVIP.com.

Searching for a Socially-Savvy Star
OREO, RITZ and TRIDENT want to hear from all passionate and creative storytellers who love music, pop culture, snacks, travel and connecting with others via social media. The search, which runs through 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 14, focuses on finding that one special applicant with the devotion, knowledge and skills to successfully translate the excitement from North America's hottest tour in 2013 to fans across the virtual world. The hired correspondent's salary and experience will include exclusive tour access, $40,000 and more.
To enter the search, entrants 18 and over must submit their application and create a video that showcases why they are right for the job. These videos will be submitted on 1DVIP.com/search where judges will evaluate candidates' answers along with previous experience to determine who should be selected as the 1D VIP (see official rules for full details). The correspondent will be revealed in May and hit the road in June.
