Video Contest Offers Fans the Chance to Win $5,000

HAWTHORNE, N.Y., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Allstar Products Group, the maker of Snuggie®, is on the hunt for the best Snuggie® movie shorts -- amateur videos celebrating the legendary blanket with sleeves.  Fans everywhere are invited to enter the Snuggie® Choice Film Awards for a chance to win the grand prize of $5,000 or $2,500 each for second and third place.  As inspiration, Allstar Products Group today unveiled a sneak-peek at the Snuggie® Fall 2010 TV commercial campaign.  The Snuggie® maker may even decide to use some amateur talent for future Snuggie® TV commercials.

Submissions will be narrowed down to six finalists, and America will determine the winners in a public voting period in September.  All six finalists will be flown to the Snuggie® Choice Film Awards premiere in New York City in October and will win the entire 2010 Snuggie® blanket collection.
