The Mosaic Company Names Gregory L. Ebel To Board

PLYMOUTH, Minn., Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company announced the election of Gregory L. Ebel to its Board of Directors, bringing the total number of directors to 12.

Currently, Ebel serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectra Energy Corp, which through its subsidiaries and equity affiliates, owns and operates a large and diversified portfolio of complementary natural gas-related energy assets.

Previously, Ebel served as Group Executive and Chief Financial Officer of Spectra Energy, President of Union Gas Limited, a subsidiary of Spectra Energy, and Vice President, Investor & Shareholder Relations of Duke Energy Corporation.

Ebel also serves on the board of directors for Spectra Energy Corp and DCP Midstream, LLC.
