The Need for a Bipartisan Energy Policy and Sharp Focus on Customers
U.S. Senator and Sprint CIO to Speak at Utility Strategy Conference
AURORA, Colo., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sen. Bryon Dorgan and Robert L. Johnson, CIO, Sprint, will join a roster of energy business leaders, government leaders and innovators at the fourth annual EnergyBiz Leadership Forum (www.energybizforum.com) March 19-21, 2012 in Washington, D.C.
Dorgan is a leader in the effort to forge a bipartisan national energy policy, heading up a significant effort at the Bipartisan Policy Center. The former senator, who retired from the Senate last year, recently served as chairman of the Senate energy subcommittee.
Johnson will discuss innovative efforts at Sprint to enhance customers' experiences and service and share insights from the telecommunications industry uniquely applicable to energy companies.
