The PhoneBrasil Group provides clarity on its market goals
MIAMI, March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The PhoneBrasil Group, decided to provide a follow up statement from its Chairman and CEO Anderson A. Dias after his public remarks of Wednesday March 25, 2015. "Our Investor relationship team has been quite busy in the last 48 hours, fielding calls and emails from interested parties. I do want to clarify that we are in the process of hiring a very reputable accounting firm to represent us and start public reporting in the second quarter of 2015, but together with our president I'm traveling to New York City the first week of April to secure Stock Exchange legal representation, as well as a US based Public Relationship firm. It's the intention of our board to move our PHBR stock symbol away from the over the counter bulletin board and to be listed in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or NASDAQ as soon as legally possible," said Anderson A.
