Privalia, the online fashion Group, leader in all the markets where it operates, reaches a 320 million euros revenue in 2011, taxes included, representing a 90% increase over the previous year.

These data are the result of the Privalia operations growth in all the countries where it operates (Spain, Italy, Brazil, Mexico) and the dress-for-less incorporation (Germany), acquired in February 2011 as part of the Group. With this acquisition the company enters the German market, an important step to achieve its goal of being a true player in the European sector.

2011 has been the year for new businesses as Privalia Travel, the Group travels section, and has meant the growth of the Group's presence in the three most important online fashion sales forms. In this regard, the Group has a presence in "flash sales" with Privalia, in "permanent outlet", thanks to the acquisition of dress-for-less and in "full price" with the launch of Claire + Bruce. All this makes the Groupone of the most relevant online fashion vertical operators worldwide and a leader in e-commerce.

The smartphones Privalia application (downloadable through the Apple Store and the Android Market) has more than 700,000 downloads worldwide.

As for customers, Privalia now has a members base that overpasses the 10 million worldwide. Specifically, in December 2010 the company had more than six million members worldwide representing an increase of 4 million members in just over one year.
