The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Declares First Quarter Dividend

MARYSVILLE, Ohio, Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, announced yesterday that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.325 per share. The dividend is payable Monday, December 10, 2012, to shareholders of record on Monday, November 26, 2012.
