Very few responses expressed dissatisfaction (less than 3.4%). These positive survey results are slightly higher than last year's.

On a scale of 1—for strongly dissatisfied to 5—for strongly satisfied, the mean average score for work environment/culture was 4.02; for interesting and meaningful work, 4.07; for enhanced career and marketability, 3.87; for attractive compensation, 4.04; and for compelling business strategy, 4.16.
