Siegfried Team Leaders serve as a leadership catalyst for a team of Professional Resources, helping them clarify their personal and professional goals and confirming that these objectives line up with the Firm's higher purpose and five promises. Team Leaders illuminate how the Siegfried experience and collaborative nature of the five promises intensifies their team members' bigger futures and success in life. Kerry Chen, Senior Associate, Team Leader – Los Angeles

Kerry joined The Siegfried Group in 2014 as a Professional Resource in the Denver Market, and recently transferred to the Los Angeles Market. She spent three years working at Grant Thornton in Denver after spending two busy seasons in the Audit Senior role. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting/Audit from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, where she was also an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a co-ed professional business fraternity. She is pursuing her CPA and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Kerry is an accounting professional who utilizes her positive attitude and dedicated work ethic to motivate her teams towards success. Her confidence, flexibility and communication skills foster an environment in which the team can work collaboratively and harmoniously in order to deliver an exceptional work product. She is especially focused on helping build positive morale in tough client environments while being willing and dedicated to handling any tasks that are thrown her way.

Jerrod Davies, Associate Manager, Team Leader – Denver

Jerrod joined The Siegfried Group in 2012, and is an Associate Manager in the Denver Market. He joined the Firm after spending almost five years with KPMG in their Columbus, OH and Charlotte, NC offices. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Jerrod is also a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Jerrod is an exceptional professional, who possesses a unique ability to quickly develop trusting relationships with his team. With his positive, gregarious attitude, he is able to foster chemistry with his team and is driven to learn from others. He thoroughly analyzes challenges and provides his teams with insightful ideas that support realistic solutions.

Leah Mazar, CPA, Operations Associate, Team Leader - Atlanta

Leah joined The Siegfried Group in 2013 and was initially located in our Chicago Market where she served as a Senior Manager. Upon moving to Atlanta, Leah became the Operations Associate for the South Region. She joined the Firm after spending seven years in public accounting as an Audit and Assurance Manager.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and her Masters in Accounting from Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds the following certificates: Certified Public Accountant and Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Leah is an ambitious professional who is eagerly desires to produce superior results. She has consistently exceeded expectations by efficiently and effectively completing complex tasks at hand. She brings positive energy to a group setting by motivating her team to achieve success in whatever they are doing.

Matthew Stegmoyer, CPA, Manager, Team Leader – Houston

Matt joined The Siegfried Group in 2015 and is a Manager in the Houston Market. He joined the Firm after spending time in multiple industries including public accounting, banking, oil & gas, aviation and professional resourcing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from John Carroll University and his Masters of Accountancy from Cleveland State University. Matt is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, he is a Certified Public Accountant and a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Matt is original and progressive; always seeking better, more efficient ways to resolve client issues. Matt utilizes his mental agility to identify new ways of solving problems and exhibits courage by implementing non-traditional approaches while providing exceptional value to his clients.

Trinh Tran, CPA, MBA, Manager, Team Leader - Cleveland

Trinh joined The Siegfried Group in 2012 and is a Manager in the Cleveland market. She joined the Firm after starting her career with KPMG in Cleveland, where she was an Audit Associate and Audit Senior.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (concentrations in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship) and a Master in Accounting degree from Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. Trinh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds the following certificates: Certified Public Accountant and Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Trinh's mental agility and commitment to delivering meticulous results are valued by her teams, enabling them to meet milestones and deadlines.
