Siegfried Team Leaders serve as a leadership catalyst for a team of Professional Resources, helping them clarify their personal and professional goals and confirming that these objectives line up with the Firm's higher purpose and Five Promises. Team Leaders illuminate how the Siegfried experience and collaborative nature of the Five Promises intensifies their team members' bigger futures and success in life. Ryan Clatcher, CA, Manager, Team Leader – New York Metro

Ryan joined The Siegfried Group in 2014, and is a Manager in the New York Metro Market. He joined the Firm after spending eight years with WeiserMazar LLP, four of which were in his native country of South Africa and the remainder in New York, as an Audit Manager.

He earned a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Town and Honors in Accounting from the University of South Africa. Ryan is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds the CA designation. He also holds the Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert certificate.

Ryan has the ability to quickly align himself with project requirements and execute an efficient solution. He excels at taking on complex challenges due to his strong leadership and problem solving abilities. Ryan utilizes his excellent communication skills and flexibility in order to work collaboratively with his teams.

Ross DeVoe, CPA, Associate Manager, Team Leader – Philadelphia Metro

Ross joined The Siegfried Group in 2014, and is an Associate Manager in the Philadelphia Metro Market. He joined the Firm after spending nearly four years in Assurance Services with both Deloitte and PwC.

He holds a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. Ross is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds the following certificates: Certified Public Accountant and Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Ross prides himself on designing individualized and effective solutions in response to unique client issues. His positive attitude is unwavering and facilitates success within his team's collaborative environment. By applying his analytical abilities, in combination with his commitment, confidence, and mental agility, he continually exceeds the highest of expectations.

David Kurowski, CPA, Manager, Team Leader – Philadelphia Metro

David joined The Siegfried Group in 2014, and is a Manager in the Philly Metro market. He joined the Firm after four years at the regional CPA firm EisnerAmper, followed by three years in private industry in the telecommunications and medical device manufacturing sectors.

David earned a BS in Accounting, a minor in English as well as his Masters in Accountancy at Villanova University. He is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

He is a dynamic professional who is confident in taking on any challenge due to his strong analytical ability and communication skills. He is dedicated to exceeding client expectations by bringing his energetic approach to deliver exceptional results. David possesses a willingness to go above and beyond in order to gain the trust and respect needed from his clients in order to help them achieve their goals.

Nicholas Leone, CPA, Manager, Team Leader – Charlotte

Nick joined the Firm in May 2015 as a Manager in the Charlotte Market. He came to Siegfried from Time Warner Cable where he spent approximately six years in their Corporate Accounting Group. Prior to that role, Nick worked for KPMG as an Audit Associate.

Nick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Citadel while earning Magna Cum Laude and Beta Gamma Sigma honors. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant and a Microsoft 2010 Excel Expert.

Nick is known for his exceptional organizational and communications skills. These skills when coupled with his continuous self-evaluation and improvement allows him to meet a standard of excellence that enable his clients to achieve their ultimate goals.

Bridget Oliveira, Associate Manager, Team Leader – Chicago

Bridget joined The Siegfried Group in 2015 as an Associate Manager in the Chicago Market. She comes to Siegfried after working at Deloitte for three years and working in the Investment Management industry in Chicago for five years. 

She received her BS in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame. She is in the process of completing her CPA exam and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Bridget strives to bring her clients practical, effective and lasting solutions. She has a proven track record of exceeding clients' expectations thanks to her confidence and ability to be a strong leader. She brings her confidence and exceptional work ethic to every project, allowing teams to achieve their ultimate goals.

Trisha Roddy, Manager, Team Leader – Washington, DC

Tricia joined The Siegfried Group in 2015, and is a Manager in the Washington D.C. Market. She joined the Firm after seven years of working in various accounting roles around the world with a global manufacturing company, Parker Hannifin. She started her career in accounting at Deloitte, where she gained four years of audit and assurance experience with a primary focus in the manufacturing and construction industries.

Tricia received her BS in Accounting and Business Management from John Carroll University in Ohio. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Tricia has an approachable style and innate ability to connect with people which inspires and motivates teams to achieve ambitious goals. Her positive attitude, confidence and commitment to her clients enable her to continually exceed high expectations.
