WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Hotel Sofitel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, CEO and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Hotel Sofitel and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including Davio's and Morimoto.

The Siegfried Group is excited about William Ulrich joining the Firm.

William J. Ulrich, Esq.

Will joins the Siegfried Operations team as Associate General Counsel.  He comes to Siegfried from Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where he focused on counseling Delaware corporations and other business entities.  Prior to that, Will served as Senior Counsel at Franklin Square Capital Partners in Philadelphia, executing a variety of in-house legal functions with an emphasis on securities law and corporate governance.  Will began his career as an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Will is eager to put his training and experience to work in support of Siegfried's growing and impressive business. "The highest and best use of my experience and skillset is to support a business that I believe in. I truly look forward to working with Greg Kurey, our Senior Vice President and General Counsel, to enable Siegfried to continue to deliver the best results for all of our stakeholders."

Will and his wife have three young sons, all under the age of six, so most of his free time is spent in the futile pursuit of keeping them safe and entertained.  When not chasing his boys, Will does enjoy running, especially through the trails in and around Wilmington, Delaware.
