The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the Charlotte, D.C. and Atlanta Markets for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Renaissance Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Renaissance Hotel's Mt. Washington Room, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including Azumi and Oceanaire.

In the South Region, Siegfried is excited about JT Elmore, Kim Hotarek, Chanelle Maddox and Domenick McLaughlin joining the Firm.

JT Elmore

JT joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from EY, where he gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus on the manufacturing and energy industries. JT received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics, as well as his MBA from the University of Dayton.

JT's unique skillset enables him to add exceptional value to any project. His dedicated work ethic, mental agility and levelheaded approach to problem solving allow him to become an integral part of every team. JT says, "I decided to join Siegfried due to the immense opportunity available that will help me continue to develop my career."

When he isn't working, JT spends his free time attending and playing in sporting events, as well as traveling. As a new resident to Charlotte, he is looking forward to taking in a few Hornets and Panthers games, as well as taking advantage of the outdoor amenities that the city has to offer.

Kim Hotarek, CPA

Kim is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the DC Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from a hybrid Private Equity/Hedge Fund and prior to that from Deloitte, where she gained four years of audit experience with a primary focus in the asset management industry. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and her Masters in Accounting from Fordham University.

Kim's positive mindset and commitment to inspiring others makes her a distinctively, dedicated worker. Kim says, "The opportunity to be challenged and broaden my experience and knowledge through a variety of client projects while working with motivated intellectuals is why I wanted to join The Siegfried Group."

In her free time, Kim enjoys a very active lifestyle. Kim has completed five full marathons and nine half marathons in the past four years. She hopes to be able to combine her love of travel and running to eventually run a race in all 50 of the United States.

Chanelle Maddox

Chanelle joins the DC Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from Hilton Worldwide, where she worked for roughly three years in Financial Reporting. Prior to Hilton, she was with EY, where she gained nearly five years of audit experience with a primary focus in the manufacturing industry. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Chanelle is a focused communicator that utilizes her exemplary analytical skills to solve complex problems. "The opportunity to work with various teams on complex problems that not only allow me to develop and grow my skillset but help the client achieve their goals is why I knew Siegfried was a great fit for me."

In Chanelle's free time, she loves trying new restaurants and exploring new cities. Her goal is to add another stamp to her passport in the upcoming year. She stays active by playing tennis and walking her dog. She also loves college basketball and is an avid Pitt Panther fan.

Domenick McLaughlin

Domenick is a Senior Associate who joins the Atlanta Market. He comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where he gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the financial services industry. He received a dual degree with his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Manhattan College.

Domenick's natural ability to develop chemistry with those that he works with makes him a strong team player. His personal qualities paired with his hard work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional client service, make him an asset to any team. Domenick says, "The possibility of being able to work on new and exciting projects for different clients in different industries alongside high quality professionals made The Siegfried Group the best place to work."

In his free time, Domenick stays active through sports and travel. He enjoys playing in intramural Frisbee and softball leagues. Originally from New York, he loves to follow all of his New York teams and his beloved Manhattan College Jaspers. Whenever the Jaspers (rarely) make the NCAA men's college basketball tournament, he is able to talk himself into believing they could win it all no matter the field. He also enjoys traveling whenever he can. He has visited England, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Jamaica and Mexico and has plans to see much more of the world in the future.
