The Swiss Helvetia Fund, Inc. Declares Income and Capital Gains Distributions
NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The Swiss Helvetia Fund, Inc. (NYSE: SWZ), a closed-end investment company, announced today the declaration of a net investment income distribution in the amount of $0.227 per share and a long-term capital gain distribution in the amount of $0.264 per share. The distributions will be paid on January 28, 2011 in the form of stock, with an option to take cash, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2010. The shares will trade "ex-dividend" on December 16, 2010.
