The authoritative source in this case is a revised edition of The Essential Cook, by Charles Delmar, winner of the prestigious Writings award given by the IACP (International Assn. of Culinary Professionals). The website itself was a finalist for a 2013 IACP Digital Media award.
Being a Wikipendium, MyCookingCoach.com invites users to submit suggestions for corrections or new information to its large and growing body of cooking knowledge. Publication of those changes will be subject to approval by users of the website and monitored by its publisher, Charles Delmar. Suggestions that are accepted will be incorporated into the website quarterly, and into the book in future annual editions.
