Last week, the company sent an email to job seekers in the Tri-State Area – from more than 5 million members nationwide -- offering them a three-month Premium membership to help boost their efforts.
Waiving the usual $49 three-month fee, TheLadders is providing job seekers with weekly job matches, targeted hiring alerts, applications to any open job and, with an uploaded resume, they can become searchable to more than 25,000 recruiters and employers.
