Douzet will add this role to his current title of President for TheLadders, which he co-founded with the company's CEO, Marc Cenedella, in 2003. As COO, Douzet will continue to be based in the company's headquarters in New York City.

As COO, Douzet will be responsible for the company's growth strategy, global business operations, and product development. With 15 years of experience in developing online consumer businesses, Douzet was TheLadders' Executive Vice President from 2003 through 2008, during which he drove job search by launching the executive resume services.
