As Digital Marketing Manager, Lux is responsible for driving improvements in brand presence, artist and social connections, subscriber interest, pay-per-view events, e-commerce, as well as leveraging technologies in support of revenue generation of both THIEL and its entertainment division AURORA, the nation's first 4K live concert streaming network.

Lux's experience spans 15+ years, specializing in digital asset creation/management, marketing, public relations, project management, web design, eCommerce, merchandising, social media strategy and brand management.
Lux comes to THIEL most recently from Barrett Firearms, where he managed international marketing efforts of the company's products and services. During his tenure, Lux spearheaded efforts to build brand awareness, increase customer acquisition and enhance retention and loyalty. He performed product and lifestyle photography, as well as graphic layout and design, international media buying and placement, coordinated trade show activities, developed social media strategies, and managed the company's website, eCommerce and merchandising.
Prior to that, Lux spent nine years at the Tennessee Film, Entertainment & Music Commission, a position appointed by the Office of the Governor. In his position, he promoted business development, marketing the State's key industry assets and competitive advantages to high level industry executives statewide and abroad. Additionally, Lux administered the Film/TV Incentive Program and was responsible for helping productions track their progress in the program, providing updates to the legislature and general public.
