The company recently hired Patrick Di Chiro as its first chief marketing officer, and Bryan Kleppe as vice president of Customer Success.

Overseeing customer success and business development, Kleppe oversees ThinkHR's aggressive new efforts to create a world-class customer experience, while driving product upsell opportunities.

With more than 30 years of marketing experience, Di Chiro leads ThinkHR's demand generation, product marketing and brand marketing and communications. Prior to joining ThinkHR, Di Chiro founded and led THUNDER FACTORY, one of the country's leading digital marketing firms. Earlier in his career, he served as chief communications officer of E*TRADE, vice president of Global Marketing for Visa International, and director of International Marketing and Communications for American Express Company. He also was a worldwide partner and managing director of Asia-Pacific for global PR/marketing agency Ketchum.
An enterprise sales and business development veteran, Kleppe is returning to the insurance vertical after 15 years working with global technology companies such as SAS, Oracle and most recently Salesforce.com. He was a founding member of Blaise Software Inc. and ran sales and business development for Blaise until it was sold to ChannelPoint in 1999.
