Thomas J. Kent, Jr., Chairman of Kent Global, LLC and Global 21st Century Foundation, was named to the Board of Directors of The Center for War and Peace Studies
NEW YORK, May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas J. Kent, Jr. was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Center for War and Peace Studies. The Center for War and Peace Studies was founded in 1977 by Richard Hudson and is a think tank, located in the United Nation's backyard. The central objective of The Center for War and Peace Studies is to establish an international political and legal system that will make possible the abolition of war, working on the premise, that the present international decision making system is obsolete. The Center for War and Peace Studies has developed the binding "Triad" system for global decision making. Under the advising "Triad" concept, the United Nations General Assembly would be transformed from a powerless town meeting of the world into a genuine global legislative body. It's decision would require majorities on three legs based on the presence, One-Nation, One-Vote agreement, population and contributions to the regular United Nations budgets, which are a rough measure of the GNP.
Mr. Kent stated that: "This is a great honor," and he hopes to help the think tank further its goals.
