Mr. Traugott has extensive experience in the data center industry, possessing a unique blend of technical and operational datacenter expertise and an acute understanding of the investment, marketing, sales and revenue fundamentals underpinning this highly specialized field. Mr. Traugott will work closely with the New York Tri-State region team as well as the national Datacenter Solutions Group in servicing the needs of datacenter clients regionally and nationally.
In his new role, Mr. Traugott will focus on expanding Cassidy Turley's Datacenter Solutions Group to service investors and occupants via comparative market and new development analysis, transactional consulting, owner-operator advisory as well as site acquisition services. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, he was a Principal at Data Center & Colocation Strategic Advisory Services, where in addition to his transactional accomplishments he became a trusted voice within the datacenter industry. Among his many accomplishments while at The LeFrak Organization, Mr. Traugott led the repositioning of a 500,000-square-foot data center. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Sales for CoreSite where he sourced, worked and closed colocation and data center deals with total contract value of over $40 million across a national footprint.
