September 23 – 24 unreserved public auction features 285+ truck tractors, 415+ trailers, 40+ cranes, 40+ excavators, 30+ dump trucks, 15+ farm tractors, oil & gas equipment and more
FORT WORTH, TX, Sept. 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Ritchie Bros., the world's largest industrial auctioneer, will sell 2,650+ trucks, cranes and other heavy equipment items at its unreserved public auction in Fort Worth, Texas on September 23 – 24, 2015. Equipment highlights include 285+ truck tractors, 415+ trailers, 130+ pickup trucks, 90+ frac tanks, 40+ cranes, 40+ excavators, 30+ dump trucks, 15+ farm tractors, as well as crawler tractors, wheel loaders, and more. Every item will be sold, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bidders can participate in person, online at rbauction.com and by proxy.
"With thousands of heavy equipment items and trucks being sold over two days, including a fantastic selection of quality transport trucks and cranes, our next Fort Worth auction will be hard for savvy buyers to miss," said Dolan Aucoin, Regional Sales Manager, Ritchie Bros. "Equipment and trucks can be previewed on our website and inspected and tested in the yard, and every item will be sold to the highest bidder on auction day—no reserve prices, no minimum bids."
Ritchie Bros. will sell equipment and trucks for 260+ companies at the Fort Worth auction, including Neuhaus & Co., Ltd., an agricultural equipment dealer with four locations in the Rio Grande Valley. In operation for 50+ years, Neuhaus & Co. will sell 12 late-model John Deere 6150R MFWD tractors in the auction.
"When you buy from Ritchie Bros. you pay market value, with no reserves. "All the tractors we're selling are rental units, only used for pulling sugarcane wagons. The PTO and three-point hitches have never been used and all units still have 'bumper to bumper warranty' for another two years, or 5,000 hours."
Day Two of the Fort Worth auction will be 'transportation day'. More than 150 Kenworth transport trucks, 40+ Peterbilts, as well as Internationals, Freightliners and other trucks will be sold. Many of the transport trucks have been inspected to National Truck Protection and Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and are eligible for a Ritchie Bros. warranty.
